CallLocally, LLC ("CallLocally," "we," "us," or "our") operates the missed-call text-back platform available at calllocally.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding your information.

When you call a business that uses CallLocally and engage with our follow-up messaging, we may collect:
We collect standard web analytics data when you visit calllocally.com, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL.
How SMS works through CallLocally: When you call a business whose phone number is enrolled in CallLocally and the business does not answer, CallLocally may send you a single follow-up text message on behalf of that business to ask about your service request. If you reply, the business may continue the conversation with you by text. All such messages are transactional responses to your inbound phone call.
Consent: By calling a business that uses CallLocally, you are expressing direct interest in that business. SMS follow-up is initiated only after you have placed that inbound call. No marketing, promotional, or cold-outreach messages are sent through CallLocally.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. Typically 1 to 5 messages per inquiry.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.
Opt-out: You may reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS from that business through CallLocally. You can later reply START to resubscribe.

No sharing of mobile numbers: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS messaging is used solely to deliver the transactional SMS communications described above.
We share information only in these specific circumstances:

Subscriber account data is retained for the life of the account and up to 2 years after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes. End-user SMS content and phone numbers are retained by the Subscriber as long as needed to service the lead; CallLocally may retain message metadata for up to 18 months for operational reliability and troubleshooting.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted database connections, encrypted data at rest, TLS for all web and API traffic, and restricted production access. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, contact support@calllocally.com immediately.
You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of SMS at any time (see Section 4). Email support@calllocally.com with your request.
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccuracies, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact support@calllocally.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
CallLocally's Service is intended for United States users. If you are outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the Service is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not work correctly.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support@calllocally.com and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced by email to Subscribers and/or by a notice on calllocally.com.
